HS2 BIM Upskilling Terms & Conditions
The BIM Upskilling Platform is a SAAS learning management solution which is provided and hosted by Learning Pool Ltd., the supplier of HS2 Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. When this happens, you will be asked to accept the revised Terms and Conditions the next time you log in.
You will need to explicitly mark that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in order to use the BIM Upskilling Platform.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and proceeding to use the HS2 BIM Upskilling Platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions of use:
Using this website:
You may use the HS2 BIM Upskilling Platform website subject to the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. You should visit this page regularly to check the latest version of these Terms and Conditions. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of use.
You must be above 16 years of age. When you create an account and log in to the BIM Upskilling Platform user account for the first time, you will be giving us permission to collect and process certain personal data about you if you wish to continue using the BIM Upskilling Platform. The information that the BIM Upskilling Platform collects is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Under GDPR regulations, it is not permitted to collect or process personal data about individuals under 16. Our services are not intended for those under the age of 16 and so we do not knowingly collect or maintain information about such individuals.
You will not share your user account details with anyone else. It is against the licence policy to permit shared user accounts. This is to keep the BIM Upskilling Platform secure and maintain the audit trail so that there is no ambiguity about who carried out which actions.
You will not upload any documents or enter any information into the BIM Upskilling Platform which contain personal or sensitive information about any individual; or if you do, you take responsibility that it complies with GDPR requirements and will maintain it accordingly.
You will not upload or enter any information into the BIM Upskilling Platform which contains a computer virus, or which is menacing or offensive or which could cause annoyance or anxiety or infringe someone else's rights, including Intellectual Property Rights. This includes not uploading any content or data which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening or which violates any right of privacy or publicity. You further agree to comply with all reasonable regulations, policies and procedures of our hosting providers if and when any are notified to you. We may remove any violating content posted on and/or transmitted, without notice to You.

High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. reserves the right to update or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. If we do so, we shall post the changes on the appropriate page on this website and indicate at the top of this page when these Terms and Conditions were last updated. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of such changes. Your continued use of this website after such changes are posted indicates your agreement to be legally bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
